Done right, this particular trend can be worn at any occasion -- and it's always fun.

Ok, so it's only a small cut-out on the back of my blouse, but it counts. The blouse is from Old Navy, and the booties are from Ross -- the jeans were hand-me-downs (brand on the tag says "2.1 denim".)
